The British Cheese Awards will next take place on Wednesday 30 May 2018

The 2018 British Cheese Awards schedule will be available to download from this page in early 2018.  Producers who have recently entered the Awards will be sent a schedule, once it is printed, with further details of how to enter and the deadlines. Entries should open in early March.

Entries can be submitted online, by post or via email, and the deadline will be in April.

After Entries Close, producers will receive details of how to send their entries to the Awards for judging, which can be via our reception centre or by hand/courier to the Bath & West Showground.  Staging will take place on Tuesday 29 May 2018.

Judging will commence early in the morning on Wednesday 30 May by a panel of expert judges and cheese industry professionals.  Once judging is complete the medal stickers will be placed on the products winning Gold, Silver or Bronze medals.

Results of the category winners, special and Country awards and the Reserve and Supreme Champion will be announced at the Awards Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 30 May. Results will then be sent by email to all producers, the media and industry contacts as soon as possible after the announcement of the Supreme Champion. Full results will also be available to download from this website.

After the Awards, producers will be sent their medal artwork and certificates as soon as possible.
